Abstract

The philosophical thoughts of the native peoples have been little studied, or classified within a secondary order, sometimes as an essentialized historical object, sometimes as an anthropological curiosity and not seen as what they are, epistemological forms that reveal different ways of being, live and understand the world. This is due to a matter of contempt and discrimination in which political power, economic system and racist culture are decisive. Our idea is to present them precisely as ways of thinking that, in their difference with Western philosophy but with the same philosophical dignity and height, can establish dialogues that allow discussion, exchange of ideas and openness towards new ways of understanding, Interpret and organize life that are useful for the construction of alternatives to the current capitalist hegemonic system that is taking the planet to an unprecedented crisis.

In this sense, we understand the value of philosophical thinking in its critical form, in its capacity for questioning and its height of sight so as not to give anything for granted and maintain the willingness to be open to other ways of thinking that can question and enrich itself . This philosophical capacity is a human feature, which is not based in a certain cultural form but occurs in the diversity of cultures that exist on our planet. To focus the analysis about the philosophies of the original peoples, the research is specified in the study of community radios, understood as fundamental tools of indigenous peoples, autonomous places where they can express themselves in their own language, to confront the information of the great media and create their own content. In short, community spaces from which to preserve, transmit and develop their culture and their ways of thinking.
