Legal hermeneutics in the application of justice

The application of law by legal science personnel constitutes an aspect of great importance within respect for the rights of people and is based on the regulations established by law. In many cases the facts analyzed by the judges do not have the complete resolution in the established laws, where legal hermeneutics plays a relevant role. The interpretation of laws by legal personnel requires a good command of them, so that at all times the application of legal hermeneutics results in the resolution of conflicts in a fair and equitable manner for the parties, according to the degree of implication of these in the event analyzed. There are several academics and jurists who have addressed the topic and are references in its treatment, which should constitute systematic reference material for personnel who work as legal professionals in charge of dispensing justice.
